Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect as it was nestled in a serene hill away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The shuttle service was a convenient way to explore the surrounding areas and the complimentary breakfast with all day wine, coffee, and tea service was a delightful treat. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the relaxing hot spring baths. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Enjoyed that we had a balcony and could watch the forest view. Juices, coffee and wines in the bar...

Although Sierra Resort is not located just beside the ski slopes or in the midst of restaurants/popular hangout joints..... They make it up by their complementary shuttle services and excellent attitudes displayed by all staff... I will definitely stay in Sierra during the next winter season...

It would be nice if the breakfast buffet menu get changed every few days... (the current breakfast buffet is good, just that some variations every few days will be perfect.)

Convenient location for a quick city escape to this spot! Even Toyama airport is just a hop and a skip away 🙂.

The attentiveness and politeness of staff and the amazing location.

Nice hotel very well managed, the staff is fantastic, they do their best to help you. Beautiful location, no close to bar/restaurants/ski lifts but they have a shuttle bus (or they take you with his mini bus) and it is convenient. I really recommend this hotel and I hope to come back. Rooms not brand new but comfortable and everything works very well. Little nice onsen.

Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba was really nice. Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, convenient parking, reasonable ski rentals, and fine hot springs. Great for families and couples.

The staff are wonderful. They are very pleasant and always ready to help. Since they are in a location that is far away, they take you to where you want to go. In addition, they make dinner and skiing reservations for you. The recommendations for dinner were excellent!

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakuba bus station, making it easy to get to the ski fields. While it is outside of the village and not near any restaurants, this isn't a problem as the hotel restaurant offers good food. guests can enjoy complimentary curry rice and wine in the lounge.

The hotel can be quite pricey for its location.

The staff at this hotel are amazingly helpful and friendly. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is in a great location close to the olympic village.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Sierra Resort! We were upgraded to a bigger suite and received flowers as a happy honeymoon present. The private hot springs were romantic and the skiing equipment in perfect condition. The English-speaking reception and shuttle drivers were all lovely people! I highly recommend this hotel.
